Domestic Shipping Policy 

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends unless explicitly stated after purchase. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
● Shipping method: Company vehicles or 3rd party carriers used at our discretion  
● Shipment cost: Location dependant / Free local (Caithness) 
● Estimated delivery time: Same Day Local Delivery / 3-7 Working Days UK-wide 

Shipments to non-residential/commercial properties ships to addresses within the UK, if you require shipping to an address overseas or another UK territory please contact us directly via email or telephone so we can oversee your order directly.  

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order when orders are shipped overseas or to another UK territory. We do not ship to foreign countries or abroad unless we have done so in special circumstances. All fees imposed 
during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes) should they be applicable & take no responsibility once the product leaves the UK and or ordinary shipping locations stated by these terms and conditions 

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your 
Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 
We may assist in shipping damage claims where proof of shipping is required however we take no responsibility and liability where products shipped have left in the condition required to be dispatched.
